4 vehicles, building struck by gunfire in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Two Boston men are in custody in connection with a shooting that broke out in near a busy shopping area in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Cambridge police said they received reports of multiple gunshots in the area of Hurley and Charles streets at approximately 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

There are no known victims at this time, but police said at least four vehicles and a building on Hurley Street were struck by gunfire.

Nearly 20 shell casings have been recovered thus far in the investigation.

Anoop Didus said he was shopping in the area when the shooting happened.

ā€œWe parked our car and then we came here to see that it was all roped around,ā€ Didus said.
