2 Arrested for Grand Larceny after Witnesses Identified the Suspects
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas- On Saturday, July 23, 2022, the Criminal Investigation Bureau arrested Ms. Shaniqua Wheatley, aka “Boobie”, and Mr. Renial Francis, they were positively identified by witnesses, for being in Possession of Stolen Property.
Both individuals were charged with Grand Larceny and Possession of Stolen Property.
The bail was set at $20,000 each. Unable to post bail, both Ms. Wheatley, 29-years-old, and Mr. Francis, 19-years-old were both remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending advice rights hearing.
