The Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office said a deputy encountered the woman’s vehicle near Manfredi’s Market, where she was found passed out in the driver’s seat with drug paraphernalia visible.

She was arrested in Dunsmuir on Sunday after being found passed out behind the wheel of a car with around 39 grams of fentanyl inside.

Drug paraphernalia found inside a vehicle during the arrest of Kaeleen Koger, 32, of Klamath Falls, Calif.

The deputy searched Koger’s vehicle and found an array of drug paraphernalia, eight oxycodone pills, and two bags containing 38.9 grams of fentanyl, roughly 19,450 lethal doses. Koger was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful paraphernalia. She was booked into the Siskiyou County Jail.
