BREAKING: 18-year-old Jeano Lampkin is in jail this morning.
He was arrested overnight for the murder of 14-year-old Zhonasia Ticey.
Officers found her suffering from gunshot wounds at Cleveland and N. Erie after 8:00 last night.
First responders rushed her to the hospital, where she later died.
