15-year-old boy was shot in Chicago’s Burnside neighborhood
On Sunday night, a 15-year-old boy was shot in Chicago’s Burnside neighborhood.
According to police, the boy was outside around 9:48 p.m. when gunfire erupted and struck him in the leg in the 9400 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue.
According to police, the boy was taken to Trinity Hospital and is in good condition.
As Area Two detectives conduct their investigation, no one is in custody.
