1 dead, 1 hospitalized after shooting in Orange County

Upon arrival, deputies found two men in their 20s who were suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both were rushed to the hospital, where one man was pronounced dead.
The other remains in serious condition.
The shooting happened at a shopping center.
For much of the day, the center was closed off to the public.
